Alfardan Group is a Qatari business group whose real estate company, Alfardan Properties, owns and develops properties in Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Türkiye.
In 2019 Alfardan signed with Marriott International to bring the St. Regis brand to Oman. The St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort sits on a 360-metre beachfront next to the Al Mouj golf course and includes the first St. Regis branded residences for sale in Oman: 1- to 4-bedroom apartments, townhouses and duplex villas with butler service, a Guerlain spa and around a dozen restaurants and bars.
